Prayer and Praise....

This is both a praise and a prayer for me... For one I am thankfull that the Lord helped get me up this morning despite going to bed late into the night prior.

  My prayer request is simply at this time is the obedience to going to bed at a decent time...  I have found myself up most nights and waking early, which results in very limited sleep...then on some days I will go to bed decent only to wake up very late... or finally go to bed very late only to sleep in very late also... All of this irregular sleeping pattern has really thrown this once very routine go to bed at ten rise at 6:30 person for a loop, this is stressful and not healthy and its really taking its toll on my health...
